Unit 2 of Junan 2 *350MW Project in Shandong Province passed 168 hours full load test run smoothly

At 7:17 on December 24, the unit 2 of Shandong Junan Power Source Cogeneration Project, which was commissioned by our company, successfully passed 168 hours full load test run.
During the 168-hour trial operation of Unit 2, the average load rate is 95% continuously, the steam and water quality is 100% qualified in stages, the input rate of important protection, automatic input rate and instrument input rate are 100%. The vibration of turbine bearing is always in a good range, whether in the first run or full load operation. The hydrogen leakage of generator and the vacuum value of steam turbine are in the lead among the same type units, and steam and water have been in the lead since the start-up of the whole set. The filter screen of the system does not need to be cleaned, NOX is less than 50 mg/NM3, SO2 is less than 35 mg/Nm3, which meets the ultra-low emission standard, and all performance indexes of the unit meet the excellent standard.
