Indian BALCO 4*300 coal fire Power plant project is one of the important contracts recently signed by our company. With the progress of project negotiation, our performance test personnel, while negotiating with the "obstinate" owners, have been busily carrying out cross-disciplinary training according to the characteristics and reality of performance test work.

The training was carried out by Zhu Guozhu General Organization and Director Beimin. A systematic and comprehensive training was carried out for the staff of the experimental group, ranging from experimental principle, instrument operation to on-site simulation. The staff of the experimental group are familiar with the preparation of the experimental measures before the experiment, understand the principle of the experiment, know the purpose of the experiment, and achieve a definite goal with half the effort. In the operation of the equipment, each menu is explained one by one, so that it is clear and knowledgeable, and the experimenter can operate and simulate the settings. In the process of field grounding experiment, from the grid sampling point layout to the final data processing, drills were carried out. Through this training, the experimenters have a comprehensive understanding of the ESP efficiency experiment and improve their business skills.
In this atmosphere of comparison, learning, catching-up and surpassing, Zhu has also analyzed the calculation of steam engine heat consumption pertinently. In order to improve the efficiency of calculation, he has compiled a macro document, which benefits other personnel greatly.
